July was a fun, busy, HOT, eventful month! I rarely carry my camera around anymore but luckily I took a bunch of pictures on my phone. Here are some of our everyday moments.
Kent Clark, about to transform into Superman!
Parker found these shoes in his closet and this is how he put them on. :)
Our favorite family restaurant is Sweet Tomatoes. I'm really into salad lately and my boys eat endless amount of mac n' cheese and pizza and love their mini ice cream cones. Watching Hudson eat his own ice cream cone was one of the top ten cutest things I have ever seen in my life. He was in heaven!
Parker watching cartoons in my bed.
Parker loves his new Spider man jammies and "flippers" (slippers).
Jack-Jack attack!
He had a really hard day a couple weeks ago (due to teething) and was so exhausted that he laid on Steve for an hour at my parents and even drooled on his chest. He loves his daddy!
They love playing in their forts and hiding from the bad guys!
Hudson is my little cuddle bug.
Hudson got his first hair cut! I was sad to cut off those perfect little curls but it needed to be evened out. His hair still curls up in the back so I'm happy about that.
We went out with Mike and Lindsay last weekend and Linds and I showed up wearing the same shirt. It. was. awesome.
Poor Hudson is cutting SEVEN teeth all at once. Some days are better than others. He's a little teething trooper I tell you!
Last weekend, I was getting ready for the gym and before I even had my tennis shoes on, Hudson had fallen asleep on my bedroom floor like this. I guess we weren't taking the hint that he was tired. He slept for 3 1/2 hours!
Steve came up with a "great idea" and put a sucker on the end of a power drill. The boys loved it! I think he gets extra cool dad points for that one!
Parker and I went and saw Gracie and Colton in a play called Stiltskinrumples. It was really cute. Parker loved it and every time Colton went off stage, he would say (in a pretty loud voice) "Where did Colton go??" He sat still the entire time and intensely watched the play and clapped whenever the audience would clap. It was so fun to watch! Great job Gracie and Colton!
This week is a very exciting one-- my favorite brother-in-law named Trevor is coming home from his two year mission in Florida! Can't wait to see him and hear all about it on Friday! Yipee!
Happy Monday!
Your boys are so cute! Hudson looks so much like you, crazy! Teething is so hard, I hate to see them sad and hurting. And I love Steve's sucker idea, hilarious! We're gonna have to try that. Oh, and lastly we should meet up in the middle somewhere and let our kids play.
ReplyDeleteVery cute! Hudson is a mini you, p.s. I am in desperate need of a good haircut! We'll be in Az for christmas, will you guys be around? I"m not even sure what I want to do with it yet but I know i want it gone so it gives me a few months to contemplate...anywho, let me know;) Your boys are adorable!
