Have you ever found yourself smiling when you look at a picture of the Savior? This video is so powerful and depicts what I imagine my Savior and Redeemer to look like. I know I don't share it enough, but I know that He lives. He knows me, and he atoned for me and for everyone of you. If you are ever feeling alone or are going through a difficult time, He is there waiting to comfort you simply because He loves you. It is hard to comprehend how he knows each one of us, but I have felt His love in my own personal life. Steve and I were talking tonight and I told him how it is weird that I can't remember actually seeing Christ, but I long to see him again. It's like our spirits can remember Him. My heart is so full of gratitude right now and I had to write it down so that I will never forget it. Our Savior lives. It's as simple as that. He is the light and the life of the world. I just wanted to share what I believe and hope that anyone out there who reads my blog will watch this video and please pray before you watch it so that your heart will be open to feeling the spirit. :) Enjoy!

ReplyDeleteLinda, Wendi and I went to Mark's presentation at Jacqueline Olson's and it was amazing. Incredible to hear from him how the experience of capturing these images changed who he is today. I love his work! And he's such a neat guy.
