What I Love

You know what I love? I love that Parker is a total momma's boy! He loves his daddy too don't get me wrong... but whenever he see's me walk by, he smiles and throws himself into my arms. I always wondered what it would be like to be the one that the baby always wanted. And I must admit-- it feels pretty good! Sometimes it can have its disadvantages (like when I need just a minute to myself) but I would rather him want me than not!

He is sleeping in my arms right now and watching him sleep makes me melt. He is so perfect. He is starting to feel better which makes me so happy. Last night he was seriously wired! I have never seen him so hyper in my life! It was awesome! He kicked his legs as fast as he could while I changed his diaper and laughed at himself and made the funniest faces! I think he is going to be our little comedian! He gets his dramatic facial expressions from me and his goofy sense of humor from his dad!

When I took him to Sprout's yesterday, I was stopped by five different old lady's telling me how beautiful he was (I know you're a boy Parker but you are beautiful in a handsome, boyish way of course!) They ranted and raved about his long eye lashes and they didn't even see his big blue eyes because he was sleeping! Oh those eyes--I love how they light up his whole face! :) I can't wait for him to wake up so I can see his big blue eyes again! Wake up so we can play!! I love you to the moon and back to the street (that was his uncle McKay's famous phrase!)
