Unconditional Love

Parker had diarrhea two mornings in a row. Today was so bad, I was dry heaving while I was stripping his clothes off as fast as possible to put him in the bath! It was all over his pajama's! The things we do for our children... I don't know if I could do that for anyone else's child! He was so cute though while I was cleaning him up. He just laid there, watching me. I almost felt like he was thanking me by the way he gazed up at me, sitting so still (which he never does now that he is mobile!) I sure love that boy, even if he poops and barfs all over me, I'll love him no matter what! He will always be my baby!
I especially love him right after his bath and he lets me snuggle him in his towel like this! Best part of my day!

  5. Something is going around... I hope he gets better soon. I know what you mean about true love. Before I had kids I swore I would have to hire someone to come in and do the "dirty" work for me, especially when it came to throwing-up. Of course, I was blessed with a child who threw up on a regular basis. She would throw tantrums so bad that she would make herself sick. Nothing is worse than seeing your child sick. Somehow being disgusted by it is pushed aside by all that love. You are a great mommy.
