Independence Day Continued...

Tara and Aaron and their kiddos stopped by to say hi and see our family room on Saturday(I'll post pictures later but we painted and re-decorated a bit.) He was so excited to show Ava his train that his Mimi bought him last Christmas. I love this picture!
He's my little All American Boy.
On Sunday night, we went to Steve's parents house for dinner and we lit sparklers. They were just wimpy ones so don't you start to think that we were doing anything illegal okay! :)

It was actually quite scary to hold it because I didn't know how far down they burned!!

We took Steve's Mimi home afterwards and pulled over to watch fireworks on our way home. Mimi was so fun to have around. I just love her positive energy and bright smile! We were glad she was able to join us! Hope you had a wonderful weekend!
