Fall Festivites

This is one of my favorite times of the year (except I wish it were a little cooler outside... we're getting closer to consistently cool weather, almost there!) We purchased a lovely groupon to Vertuccio Farms and spent last weekend there with family! It was SO much fun, and the kids all loved it. We will definitely have to do this every year! The only sad part about the day was... wait for it... we lost Parker's favorite sunglasses. I know, it doesn't sound like that big of a deal-- but he wears them every day and he's had them for over a year now. RIP $5 Gymboree sunglasses. You were loved. We will forever cherish these last pictures we have with you and Parker. We had some special times together.

Okay, I feel like I have officially mourned. Now, onto the fun festivities!
Look at that face. I want to bite his cheeks (in a loving way.)
Parker enjoyed eating his candy corn that his Aunt Lindsay gave him.
They had the cutest little train ride that was made out of water barrels and painted like cows and pulled by a 4-wheeler! Parker seriously thought he was steering it. It was awesome.
Look at little Hadley's smile. She is the cutest!
Nee-ner-nee-ner-nee-ner! (I felt like that was the appropriate caption for this picture... don't ask.)
They had the coolest giant bouncy thingy-majiger. I don't know what it's called, but that name will do.

I got some pretty good air!
Hudson LOVED the teeter-toter. They were both in heaven. You can tell by their facial expressions in the picture below!
Who doesn't love running through corn mazes?
Well, all of us "adults" didn't throughly enjoy it (due to the warm weather)... but the kids sure had fun! ha ha!
I love how little boys find a way to make a sword out of anything.

We finished off the night with some Texas Roadhouse (their rolls and cinnamon butter are deadly!) It might have been the craziest dinner I have ever been to-- there were 5 adults and 4 kids in one tiny booth. But I can laugh about it now. The look on the bus boys faces were priceless when they wiped down our booth afterwards. Life with kids is crazy and fun!

Happy Halloween everyone. :)

  5. I looked at your whole blog today, but I'm going to make my comment here for the whole thing. What a fun, cute family you have! It is so fun to watch you enjoying your role as wife and mother. You do it well. BTW-maybe you should have named Hudson - Hudson Aaron (Erin) Steele Larsen. He looks sooo much like you. CUTE!
