I love Halloween for a lot of reasons. It's the holiday that Steve and I met, I love an excuse to dress up, and anything with pumpkin in it = delicious in my opinion.
forced got Steve to dress up as Bert and I dressed up as Mary Poppins this year. Although he "hates" dressing up, he was a good sport and dressed up with me. We went to a fun Halloween party last night and had a great time! I played the wii dance game for the first time and let me just say that I took it very seriously! That game rocked! Anyway, here are some of the pictures from our weekend!
Shari and Billy were professional figure skaters-- I almost pee'd my pants it was so funny.
Notice the guys Hershey bar says "Hershey's with nuts"... quite clever eh??
It's Flo from the Progressive commercials! I think Natalie pulled that one off so dang good!
Tonight, we took our boys to our annual "trunk-or-treat" party for our church. The kids trick-or-treat around our church parking lot to differently decorated car trunks. They have chili, corn bread, games, a bounce house and lots of candy.
It was "delightful"night as Mary would say (actually... it was a lot of work, not gonna lie) but it was fun to see them in their costumes!! All that matters is we got a family picture with everyone looking in the camera's direction! Woo hoo!! Success!
Steve helped out with the "fishing booth" for the little kids.
This little monkey was exhausted... and so were we. It was fun, but it's time for bed now!
Hope you all have a happy Halloween!
